Galvalume steel is carbon steel coated with aluminum-zinc alloy by a continuous hot-dip process. The nominal coating is made up of 55% aluminum and 45% zinc. A small amount of silicon is included in the coating alloy to provide adhesion to the steel substrate during fabrication.
We fabricate galvalume in thicknesses ranging from 24 gauge to 26 gauge. We carry galvalume sheets up 48" wide and 10' long.
Our fabrication process includes shearing, brake forming, rolling, band-sawing, cutting, hole-punching, and lock-seaming.
